What is the NAMI Peer-to-Peer Education Program?

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is an 8-session, recovery-focused course for adults with mental health conditions.

 Free, confidential, and led by peers with mental health conditions

 Held weekly for two hours

 A great resource for information on mental health and recovery

 Learn about setting goals, improving communication and relationships, partnering with health care

providers, mental health treatment options, and more

 Offers respect, understanding, encouragement and hope

 Builds on the strength and resilience of participants

About NAMI

NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is

the nation’s largest grassroots mental health

organization dedicated to building better lives for

the millions of Americans affected by mental

illness.

NAMI Main Line PA will host a hybrid Peer-to-Peer course on Mondays from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

beginning on March 9 and meeting once a week for 8 weeks. In-person participants will

meet in Upper Darby and virtual participants will meet on Zoom. Please contact Lisa for
