Helping You Navigate Resources in Delaware County

At the UDTJ Community Center, resource navigation is provided directly by our Director of Resources and Services to help community members access the support they need. Individuals can schedule an appointment to meet virtually or in person to discuss their situation and explore available resources throughout Delaware County.

During this meeting, I work with you to better understand your needs and help connect you with the organizations, programs, or services that may best support you. This process is often referred to as a “warm handoff,” meaning that rather than simply providing a list of resources, I help guide you toward the right connections.

Because many services operate based on funding and availability, certain programs may not always be immediately accessible. However, my goal is to ensure that you do not have to navigate these systems alone. If challenges arise along the way, you are always welcome to reconnect with me for additional support and advocacy as you continue navigating available resources.
