Teen Support Circle
A Safe Space for Teens to Talk, Connect, and Be Heard
Being a teen today comes with real pressure — school, social media, friendships, family stress, identity, and mental health. You don’t have to carry it alone.
Our Teen Peer Support Group is a confidential, supportive space where young people can connect with others who understand what they’re going through. This group is facilitated by trained peer leaders and adult mentors who center respect, empathy, and real conversation.
What to Expect
Open, judgment-free discussions
Support around stress, anxiety, and relationships
Conversations about identity and belonging
Tools for coping and emotional regulation
Community, connection, and shared understanding
No lectures. No pressure. Just real talk.
Who Can Attend?
Teens ages 14–18
All identities and backgrounds welcome.
Why Peer Support Matters
Research shows that peer connection reduces isolation, improves emotional resilience, and lowers the risk of substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Early support builds long-term strength.

Free to attend

Monthly Outreach
Monthly Community Outreach
Each month, U.D.T.J. Community Center hosts a coordinated outreach initiative designed to connect community members with real, accessible resources in one welcoming space.
Our outreach events function as a one-stop hub for support offering free hygiene supplies, harm reduction tools, food, referrals, peer support, and direct connections to local service providers. We partner with trusted organizations to ensure individuals can access mental health resources, housing assistance, recovery support, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and other essential services without navigating multiple systems alone.
Our goal is simple: reduce barriers, increase dignity, and meet people where they are.
Whether someone needs immediate supplies, long-term support, or just a safe space to ask questions, our monthly outreach ensures no one has to do it alone.
Community members, volunteers, and partners are always welcome to get involved.

Movie Night - Women’s History Month
Join us for a powerful Women’s History Month Movie Night as we gather to watch and reflect on Angela Davis’s talk, “How Does Change Happen?”

Her analysis connects grassroots organizing, intersectionality, and sustained civic engagement to long-term structural change.
Following the screening, we will hold a facilitated community discussion focused on:
The evolving landscape of feminism in the United States
The impact of the current political climate on women’s mental health
How stress, uncertainty, and policy shifts affect marginalized communities
What local action and solidarity can look like in this moment
This will be a reflective and supportive space grounded in dialogue, community care, and forward-thinking solutions.
Date: March 27th
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: Recovery Works, PA 3001 Garrett Rd, Ste A Drexel Hill, PA 19026
