WE’RE HIRING!
UDTJ Community Center is hiring for the first time ever! We’re looking for a Youth Director to lead and grow our youth programming in Delaware County.
The Youth Director will lead workshops, support groups, and wellness programs; build relationships with schools and families; coordinate youth engagement at events like Delco Pride and National Coming Out Day; and help track participation and outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in social work, education, public health, psychology, youth development, or related experience who wants to build and shape meaningful programming from the ground up.
As a super small organization, this role will be very impactful in the growth and development of the UDTJ Community Center!
