U.D.T.J’S

Serving Delco Days

  • Serving Delco Days are community-centered resource events designed to bring Delaware County organizations, services, and supports together in one place. Rather than reinventing the wheel, these events focus on collaboration, direct access, and connection helping residents find the resources, referrals, and services they need in a welcoming and community-based setting.

  • Each Serving Delco Day may look different depending on the location, partners, and community needs. Events may include community resource tables, direct service providers, referrals, outreach materials, health and wellness support, recovery resources, housing or shelter connections, and more. We have hosted Serving Delco Days at township spaces, parking lots, churches, shelters, and other local community sites throughout Delaware County.

  • Serving Delco Days are made possible through collaboration with local organizations and service providers. Past partners have included Domestic Abuse Project, Mosaic Medical Center, Savage Sisters Recovery, Recovery Works PA, The Lotus Center, Planned Parenthood, ChesPenn Health Services, and many more. Together, we work to connect community members with real support in real time.

  • Are you a service provider, nonprofit, agency, recovery organization, healthcare provider, outreach team, or community-based group looking to connect with Delco residents? U.D.T.J. Community Center welcomes community partners to join future Serving Delco Days by tabling, sharing resources, offering direct services, or helping provide referrals and support. Our goal is to bring organizations together, not reinvent the wheel, and make existing resources more accessible to the community.

  • Serving Delco Days are made stronger through community support. Volunteers can help with event set-up, greeting attendees, helping resource partners get settled, supporting outreach, directing community members, and making the event feel welcoming and organized. If you want to be part of serving Delco directly, we would love to have you involved.
