A Safe Space for Teens to Talk, Connect, and Be Heard

Being a teen today comes with real pressure — school, social media, friendships, family stress, identity, and mental health. You don’t have to carry it alone.

Our Teen Peer Support Group is a confidential, supportive space where young people can connect with others who understand what they’re going through. This group is facilitated by trained peer leaders and adult mentors who center respect, empathy, and real conversation.

What to Expect

  • Open, judgment-free discussions

  • Support around stress, anxiety, and relationships

  • Conversations about identity and belonging

  • Tools for coping and emotional regulation

  • Community, connection, and shared understanding

No lectures. No pressure. Just real talk.

Who Can Attend?

Teens ages 14–18
All identities and backgrounds welcome.

Why Peer Support Matters

Research shows that peer connection reduces isolation, improves emotional resilience, and lowers the risk of substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Early support builds long-term strength.
