Learn about trauma's impact on mind & body, and effective methods of coping. Free Halloween costume party! This is for everyone! This is also a great opportunity to meet other families while having some fun and learning a little information!

🕸️ Paranormal Passports:
Grab your cardstock and craft supplies — we’re making “Paranormal Passports” so everyone can travel through all our spooky stations in style!

🕷️ Charlotte’s Family Web:
A big thank-you to Allyson and Sandy for helping with the yarn! We’ll have 2–3 colors so our crew of kids can weave their own magical spider webs together.

💪 Super Strengths Lab:
Every superhero has their powers — what’s yours? Use crayons or markers to design your very own hero and discover your “super strengths”!

🧠 Zombie-Free Zone (Feed the Brain Toss):
Toss “treat cards” into the Brain Bucket! Healthy treats keep your brain happy and balanced (dopamine + serotonin teamwork 💥), while tricky treats get set aside.

📄 Learning Corner:
We’ll have printed handouts from Cora’s slides on trauma, mental health, and distress tolerance — perfect for grown-ups who want to learn more.

🎮 Kahoot Family Quiz:
Once we wrap up, join our Halloween Kahoot Quiz to test what you’ve learned and earn some ghostly bragging rights! (We’ll share the game code once it’s ready.)
