Come out and celebrate, uplift, and empower youth throughout Delaware County who have accomplished a major academic milestone! Join us on Friday, June 14th at Hoffman Park as we honor our youth who are transitioning from middle to high school, our youth who are transitioning from high school to higher education programs, and support youth who are still deciding on their next steps.

We are creating a space where our youth will feel supported, valued, loved, and celebrated. We will be providing information on resources, youth empowerment initiatives, and summer programming that they can participate in and collecting donations from community members to give to students as gifts.
