Join us at the annual CADBI rally in Harrisburg on September 20! This year's theme is “second chances keep our communities safe”. Loved ones who are serving life without parole sentences deserve second chances.

The rally starts at 1 pm on the Capitol steps.

Buses will be leaving from Philadelphia, Delaware County, and Pittsburgh at 8 am. If you are planning to attend the rally and need transportation or can give rides, please register here: bit.ly/CADBIrally920.

Masks will be required and provided to all. The rally and free lunch will take place outdoors. Bring signs and join the movement space to fight for second chances!
