Our youth empowerment initiatives are designed to inspire, educate, and equip young people with the skills and confidence they need to thrive in today's world.
Youth Empowerment Initiatives
Triple A Workshop Series
The Triple A workshop consists of education on and the power of allyship, advocacy, and activism. The Triple A workshop will feature discussions on the difference between allyship, advocacy, and activism and the importance of each one.
Opioid Educational Series
The opioid educational series is designed to empower middle and high school students with knowledge about the effects of opioids on the body and mental health.
Mentorship & Leadership Development
Join our youth leadership development cohorts that will be running year-round. The goals of the cohorts are to raise the next generation of young activists and community leaders by teaching them the important skills they need to thrive.
How to Sign-up
The U.D.T.J. Community Center is excited to launch our youth empowerment initiatives! For the Spring and Summer of 2024, we will have workshops, leadership development cohorts, internships, and educational series available.
